I was head of safety at the time, in a demo, asking for one thing I actually needed. That was the answer. That's the moment I stopped looking for someone else's software and started building my own.
I taught myself Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists, on the job, because I needed it to work. Submissions started creating tracker records on their own. Owners got assigned without anyone asking. The admin that used to eat my day started running without me.
That's SafeShift Incident. Built because nobody else would.
